Returns & Exchanges
Physical Products: Returns are accepted on items that are unused, in the original packaging. Please email thehumblefootprint@gmail.com to initiate a return. Customer pays shipping. Once the item is returned and condition is confirmed, a return will be issued.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to thehumblefootprint@gmail.com and include a photo of the damage.
